Hi, I’m Hannah Mann.

I have always had a deep passion for advocacy, mental health, and helping others through difficult seasons of life. Long before starting Mann Resource Coordination, I found myself naturally drawn toward connecting people with resources, organizing overwhelming situations, and being the person others came to when they didn’t know where to start.

After the unexpected passing of my mother in June of 2025, that passion became more personal; that experience deeply shaped the heart behind Mann Resource Coordination.

Grief has a way of showing you just how overwhelming life can become when you’re already emotionally exhausted and suddenly expected to navigate paperwork, appointments, decisions and responsibilities all at once. During that time period, I thought about everyone out there who was trying to survive the hard moments just like me, while also carrying the impossible weight of “figuring everything out.”

My goal is simple: to help people feel supported, informed, and less alone while navigating life’s heavier moments. Whether someone is facing financial hardship, major life transitions, disability related barriers, housing and food insecurity, or mental health challenges, I want them to have a space where support feels human. Not cold, rushed, or transactional.

Mann Resource Coordination was created with a community centered approach focused on compassionate, practical support. I help individuals and families navigate resources, applications, care coordination, organization, and next steps in a way that feels approachable and judgement free.

I believe people deserve support that meets them with patience, dignity, and understanding— especially during the moments when life feels the hardest.

When life feels heavy, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

My Approach

I believe support should feel human.

Asking for help can already feel vulnerable; especially when life feels heavy and next steps are confusing. My approach is centered around meeting people with compassion, patience, understanding, and practical support— without judgment, pressure, or shame.

I understand that every person and every family’s situation looks different. There’s no “one size fits all” approach to support, which is why I focus on listening first, understanding the bigger picture, and helping create reasonable next steps that feel manageable and sustainable.

I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable asking questions, expressing concerns, and receiving guidance in a way that feels approachable and supportive rather than dry or intimidating. My goal is to help reduce overwhelm and make things feel a little lighter.
